Now hiring · Summer 2026
We're hiring two paid Campus Ambassadors at every reputable school. You recruit creators. You run check-ins. You get paid per signup, per completion, and a cut of any prize your participant wins.
The role
You're not "spreading the word." You're running the local outpost. You bring the people, you keep them in, you celebrate when they win.
Find 8–15 students at your school who'd thrive in a 30-day creative challenge. Greek life, content clubs, journalism, photo, film, performance — anywhere makers gather.
Share Touch Grass on your own channels in your own voice. We'll give you assets and ideas; you bring the personality. (This pays — featured on our central account too.)
Weekly 15-minute group call with the participants you recruited. Keep them on track. Help them when they're stuck. Celebrate the wins.
If we throw the finale party at your school, you co-host. That alone is one of the most fun cultural moments of the year.
The money
No salary. No retainer. Real cash for real signal — sign-ups that turn into completions and completions that turn into winners.
Realistic earnings
Beyond the cash
The money's real, but the role itself opens doors. Think of it as a paid internship that fits in 10 hours a week.
Direct from the founder. Useful for jobs, grad school, fellowships. We write specific, evidence-based recommendations.
Top ambassadors get first dibs on paid operations roles for the larger fall cohort. The ambassador program is our hiring pipeline.
Your face, name, and school appear in our central content. Builds your own personal brand alongside ours.
You'll be in a private channel with the 12+ ambassadors at top schools. Real peers, not strangers.
If we throw the finale at your school, you're the host. If we throw it elsewhere, you're flown in (or invited remotely).
"Campus Ambassador for cultural movement, [School]" — concrete, measurable, signals leadership and recruiting.
The schedule
Real but not punishing. Front-loaded effort, lighter middle, big finish at the finale.
Weeks 1–2
Heavy lift. Onboarding from us, then outreach to your network and orgs. ~15 hrs/wk.
Weeks 3–4
Help your participants set up. Attend the kickoff Zoom. Pair them up. ~10 hrs/wk.
Weeks 5–8
Weekly 15-min group call with your participants. Drop in on Discord. Cheer them on. ~5–8 hrs/wk.
Week 9
If finale is at your school, you co-host. Your ambassador comp is paid out within 2 weeks. ~10–15 hrs.
Questions
Some, yes. We'll ask for one example of an event, project, or org you've helped run with a measurable outcome. You don't need to be an executive — running an Instagram account for a club, organizing a study group, or hosting a regular gathering all count.
You still get paid for what you bring in. There's no minimum — 4 signups still pays out at $100 + $200 if all complete. We'd rather you bring 6 great participants than 15 mediocre ones.
Sign-up payments lock in once your participant posts Day 1 (typically Week 4). Completion payments process within 14 days of cohort end. Prize-share payments process within 14 days of prize disbursement. We pay via Venmo, Zelle, or wire.
Yes. We're flexible — your participants and check-ins continue post-graduation. If you're staying in your campus city for the summer, even better.
Yes, you can. We expect ~10 hrs/week, leaving plenty of room for an internship, classes, or other work. We just ask that you commit to the 8 weeks fully.
Right now: Cornell, UPenn, Carnegie Mellon, Columbia, Yale, NYU, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC San Diego — plus open applications from any reputable college. If your school isn't listed and you have a strong application, apply anyway.
None, but this is a startup pilot — we're a small team running our first cohort. You're getting in early. The good news: that means real responsibility, direct access to the founder, and first-look at every future role. The honest news: things may shift, dates may move, you'll need to be flexible.
Apply
Five-minute application. We respond within 48 hours. If you're a fit, we set up a 15-minute call.
